Hendy Rewards

The terms and conditions set out in this document govern your use of the HENDY REWARDS card Program. 

How the Program works
Membership to the Program is free. 
Collect your card in store and then follow the instructions provided to register your account at https://midwayiga.ezirewards.net/

You will be required to register your information with us to allow us to correctly activate your account.

Once you are a HENDY REWARDS member you can collect all the current benefits in connection with your shopping with us. 

Your account and associated HENDY REWARDS card, are issued by and remain our property. You are responsible for their safekeeping. 

We may, at any time, terminate the Program or alter or amend the conditions of operation of the Program. 

You may not transfer your account or any items linked to the account to another person and you promise us that you will not let anyone else use or receive the benefit of use of your account. 

You promise to us that you are a resident of Australia and aged 18 years or over and that you only have one account in connection with the HENDY REWARDS Program. 

You promise to give us accurate information about you and to keep us up to date with any changes to that information. We are not responsible for any failure in your ability to collect or receive HENDY REWARDS benefits as a result of out of date details. 

We may decline to issue, withdraw or cancel your HENDY REWARDS accounts and/or cards, in whatever form, and remove you from the Program at any time when we believe that you:

• are abusing or attempting to abuse the Program;
• have breached or are likely to breach these terms and conditions
• are involved in any behaviour relating to our Program that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information.

Your HENDY REWARDS card can only be used for purchases within Midway Market Place IGA Supermarket, Midway Market Place IGA Liquor Store and Hendy Town cafe. 

The Program is only for personal and consumer use. HENDY REWARDS cards cannot be used for any business transaction or purpose. 

Hendy Rewards offers

You must present your HENDY REWARDS card at the checkout of Midway Market Place IGA Supermarket, Midway Market Place IGA Liquor Store or Hendy Town Cafe to receive your loyalty points or obtain your exclusive member discounts and savings. Only valid offers will be honoured. 

HENDY REWARDS offers will not include non-qualifying products, including tobacco or tobacco related, telecommunication/Gaming/Online vouchers (EPAY Products) and all gift cards. Other products may also be excluded from the Program at our discretion.

Your rewards
The purpose of the HENDY REWARDS Program is to reward your loyalty by 

1.    providing you 1 loyalty point for every $1.00 spend. Every 100 loyalty points reached = $1.00 credit added to your account to be spent withing participating areas of Midway Market Place IGA. Points can not be redeemed for cash.

2.    provide exclusive member discounts and savings on selected products. Which products or special offers are run and remain valid is in our complete discretion as operators of the Program and we have no obligation to you to make any offers in any particular period or at all.

Lost or stolen cards
We will replace any lost or stolen cards, upon your application to us. If you notify us that a card is lost or stolen we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the relevant account.

General
We are under no obligation to continue to offer the Program. Your use of the Program does not grant you any rights in the Program. This document is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia and you and we agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts from that jurisdiction. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions and any other rules or benefits of the Program, at any time. If after such changes you continue to participate in the Program that will be taken as you having accepted the changes.
 

You can choose to leave the Program at any time.

4c per litre Fuel Offer

The 4c per litre Fuel offer is only available from Midway Market Place IGA, 143 Hendy Road Buronga NSW 2739.

To receive a 4c per litre Fuel offer voucher from Midway Market Place IGA, you must spend at least $50.00 in one transaction within the supermarket or liquor store.

In accordance with government legislation, Cigarette and Tobacco products will not be calculated towards your $50 qualifying spend amount.

The 4c per litre offer voucher will be printed on the bottom of you Midway Market Place IGA docket when you meet the $50 qualifying spend amount.

The 4c per litre fuel offer can only be redeemed when purchasing fuel at Shell Buronga, 141 Sturt Hwy Buronga NSW 2739. (next door)

Limit of one (1) x 4c per litre Fuel offer voucher per fuel purchase up to 150 Litres per vehicle per customer.

The 4c per litre fuel offer is available on all available fuels – Excluding AdBlue.

To receive 4c per litre off the pump price when buying fuel, the fuel offer voucher must be surrendered when buying fuel before the expiry date indicated on the voucher.

The 4c per litre fuel offer is only valid when payment for the fuel is by cash, Eftpos or Credit card. The fuel offer is not valid when payment is being made by account or when using a fuel card (Shell, Fleet, Motorpass etc).

Vouchers will not be valid for the fuel offer if they have passed their expiry date, are damaged, or have been altered or defaced.

Midway Market Place IGA may terminate, change, or suspend the conditions of the 4c per litre fuel discount offer at their discretion.
